Dividends Deprecated
Hold the meme, earn its stock.
A Memestock launch can route part of its trading fees to holders as the paired Coinbase tokenized stock. Each such token has a dividend vault: stake the meme, earn the stock. Claims are on-chain, whenever you want.
The staking vault is deprecated. Its replacement streams creator fees directly to holders, split pro rata, with no staking and no thresholds: hold the token, claim your share from the token page. New dividend launches are paused until it ships. The vaults below keep running, staked principal is unaffected, and every accrued fee stays recoverable; each token page shows the details.

How it works
- Launch Memestock. A creator launches a B20 with its pool quoted in a Coinbase tokenized stock (NVDAc, AAPLc, GOOGLc, METAc) and routes a share of their creator fees to holders.
- Fees become stock. That share of every trade accrues in the paired stock and flows into the token's dividend vault on-chain.
- Stake the meme, earn the stock. Stake the token in its vault to earn the stock, claim whenever you want. Unstaking has a 48h cooldown; the stock itself pays its own on-chain dividends via Coinbase's multiplier, which you capture by holding it.
